DESIRE (an anthology of sexual reproduction), photo series, begun in 2010.
This series of photos invites to double reading all those who love visual poetry and provocative humor. Beyond their appearance of fireworks, poppy bud, tulip heart and Christmas tree ball, these photos trace the path from attraction to reproduction. More exactly, they are pieces chosen on the theme of human sexual reproduction. I chose the title “Desire” rather than “an anthology of sexual reproduction” because it is short and says the essential: desire is life; without desire, no life.
As often in my photos, I photograph a subject from reality to show another from my imagination. I use, for this purpose, staging and particular photographic techniques.

Like micro-embers carried on the wind, they may seem insignificant, yet they are powerful.
